This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") supplements the Solvantra Terms of Service and governs the processing of personal data by Solvantra on behalf of enterprise customers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

The customer acts as the data controller, and Solvantra acts as the data processor. Solvantra processes personal and enterprise directory data solely in accordance with documented instructions from the customer.

3. Security Standards

Solvantra implements rigorous technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and strict logical tenant isolation.

4. Data Subject Rights & Audits

Solvantra provides tools and support to help customers respond to data subject access requests and maintain compliance audit readiness across connected cloud services.
