Identity Discovery

Discover the identities beyond your primary directory.

A workforce identity provider provides an important source of truth, but SaaS applications can maintain their own users and accounts outside that central boundary.

Solvantra discovers supported downstream identities and application relationships, giving teams a broader view of where organizational identities exist across the SaaS environment.

SaaS Account Inventory

Build a clear inventory of downstream accounts.

Know which SaaS applications contain accounts, which identities those accounts relate to and where accounts may require further investigation.

Solvantra turns fragmented application-level account information into a more structured inventory for identity and access governance.

Access Analysis

Understand access relationships, not just accounts.

An account by itself does not explain the risk or business context behind access.

Solvantra connects identities, applications and available access information to help teams identify dormant accounts, lifecycle anomalies and relationships that may require review.

OAuth Governance

Bring persistent application authorization into view.

OAuth relationships can allow applications and services to retain access to organizational resources after the original business requirement has changed.

Solvantra provides visibility into supported OAuth relationships and supports controlled revocation where the relevant integration capabilities and permissions are available.

Lifecycle Automation

Connect workforce lifecycle events to downstream governance.

Identity lifecycle events should not stop at the primary identity provider.

Solvantra connects lifecycle signals with downstream SaaS governance workflows, allowing supported access changes and remediation actions to be coordinated as employees join, change roles or leave the organization.

Offboarding

Turn employee offboarding into a governed workflow.

Disabling a primary identity is only one part of the offboarding process.

Solvantra helps identify associated downstream SaaS accounts and access relationships and supports appropriate remediation across supported applications, reducing reliance on manual application-by-application processes.

Remediation

Move from identified risk to controlled action.

Discovery and analysis are only valuable when they can lead to appropriate action.

Solvantra supports controlled remediation workflows for supported account, access and authorization scenarios. Actions can be governed by defined permissions and workflows rather than unrestricted automated changes.

SaaS Waste

Connect identity visibility with SaaS efficiency.

Dormant or unnecessary SaaS accounts can create both governance concerns and avoidable subscription costs.

Solvantra can identify potentially inactive or unnecessary accounts and access relationships, giving teams information they can use to investigate whether SaaS expenditure continues to correspond with active business use.

Auditability

Know what happened and what changed.

Access governance requires more than taking action. Teams need to understand the actions performed and the resulting state of the environment.

Solvantra provides operational visibility into relevant lifecycle and remediation activity, supporting investigation, review and accountability.

AI-Assisted Remediation

IN DEVELOPMENT

Solvantra can locate the deactivation control on applications without an API integration. Automatic deactivation for these applications is not yet available.

Some remediation scenarios require more than a simple API call. For applications with no API, Solvantra uses AI-assisted visual navigation to find where access is removed, so a team can see what would need to change and act on it deliberately.

Revocation that Solvantra performs today runs through the supported provider APIs — OAuth grant revocation in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 — under defined controls, permissions and verification.

Limitation: The current implementation is dry-run/simulation only. It does not perform real destructive clicks or actual account deactivation, and it does not automatically deactivate arbitrary non-OAuth SaaS applications. See Integrations for current status.

The Solvantra Governance Lifecycle

STEP 1: Discover

Identify identities, SaaS accounts and available access relationships across supported environments.

STEP 2: Analyse

Connect the available identity and access information to identify relationships and conditions that may require attention.

STEP 3: Decide

Determine whether an account, permission or authorization requires review or remediation.

STEP 4: Remediate

Execute an appropriate action through supported and controlled workflows.

STEP 5: Verify

Record and review the resulting activity so teams can understand what changed.

Build a SaaS environment you can actually govern.

Move from fragmented SaaS identity data to a clearer, more controlled approach to access lifecycle governance.
