Solvantra is a SaaS access management platform. It discovers SaaS application accounts and the OAuth access granted to third-party applications, flags access that may no longer be necessary or that carries risk, and allows administrators to review and revoke that access where the integration supports revocation.

Traditional identity systems can control the primary corporate identity while downstream SaaS accounts, application connections and access relationships continue to exist elsewhere. Solvantra helps organisations discover these relationships, understand their associated access and automate appropriate lifecycle and remediation workflows.

No. Solvantra is designed to complement existing identity providers rather than replace them. It extends access visibility and control into downstream SaaS applications, accounts and access relationships that may exist beyond the central identity provider.

No. Solvantra is designed to complement your existing identity provider rather than replace it — identity providers establish and manage your primary identity layer, and Solvantra focuses on discovering and governing downstream SaaS identities, accounts, access relationships and lifecycle activity.

Today, Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) is available as an OAuth-grant discovery and revocation integration via Microsoft Graph — this covers OAuth app grants, not full Entra ID directory or identity governance, and Solvantra does not act as an SSO provider or replace Entra ID. Solvantra does not currently provide a connector for Okta. See the Integrations page for current status.

A workforce departure can trigger downstream access review and remediation workflows. Solvantra can help identify associated SaaS accounts, application relationships and OAuth authorisations, allowing appropriate remediation actions to be identified and, where supported and authorised, automated.

An orphaned SaaS account is an account that remains associated with an organisation or its resources after the original user's employment, role or business requirement has ended. These accounts can create unnecessary security exposure, access risk and SaaS expenditure. Solvantra helps organisations discover and manage these accounts.

OAuth grants allow applications or services to access resources on behalf of a user. Those authorisations can remain active after the original business need has changed or the user has left the organisation. Solvantra provides visibility into relevant OAuth relationships and supports revocation where the integration and authorisation model permit it.

Solvantra is designed to discover and govern SaaS identities and access relationships across connected applications. Available integrations and supported remediation capabilities may vary by application. See the Integrations page for the current supported integration set.

Yes. Solvantra includes AI-assisted capabilities designed to support identity analysis, remediation and operational workflows. AI-assisted actions remain subject to the permissions, controls and verification mechanisms defined by the platform. Solvantra does not have unrestricted autonomous access to customer environments.

To be specific about what this does today: AI-assisted browser remediation is in development and dry-run only. It can locate the deactivation control in applications that have no API, but it does not perform the deactivation and does not automatically deactivate arbitrary non-OAuth SaaS applications. Revocation Solvantra performs today runs through the supported provider APIs — OAuth grant revocation in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. See Integrations for current status.

Solvantra is designed to automate appropriate access review and remediation workflows, but automation operates within defined permissions, controls and workflow rules. Not every action should automatically be executed without verification. The level of automation depends on the workflow, integration and configuration.

Solvantra can identify dormant or potentially unnecessary SaaS accounts and access relationships that may represent unused licences or recurring expenditure. The platform can help organisations identify potential SaaS waste so that appropriate remediation or licence management decisions can be made. This is directional information to support your own review, not a guaranteed savings figure.

Yes. Solvantra is designed to maintain records of relevant access and remediation activity to support operational visibility and audit processes.

No. Solvantra should not claim SOC 2 certification unless and until the certification has actually been completed and independently verified. Security and compliance maturity remain ongoing initiatives.

No. Solvantra should not claim ISO 27001 certification unless and until the certification has actually been completed and independently verified.

Solvantra is designed with security controls appropriate to a platform that holds integration credentials and performs access revocation, including tenant isolation, controlled permissions, encryption and secure integration practices. Security architecture and controls continue to evolve as the platform matures. Solvantra does not currently hold third-party security certifications; see our Security page for detail on the controls in place today.

Solvantra currently offers three pricing tiers based on the scale and requirements of the organisation. More details can be found on the Pricing page:
• Starter: £299 per month, billed monthly in GBP.
• Growth: £799 per month, billed monthly in GBP.
• Enterprise: Contact Sales. Pricing is scoped with our team.
Enterprise pricing varies depending on organisational requirements, integrations and deployment needs.

Starter is designed for small and growing teams beginning identity and SaaS access automation — best suited for approximately 25–250 employees and up to around 30 SaaS applications (a guideline, not a technical limit). It includes:

  • Identity discovery
  • Account inventory
  • SaaS access visibility
  • Access-risk and flag review
  • Manual remediation
  • Basic audit and activity history

Growth is designed for organisations with growing SaaS estates and more frequent employee lifecycle changes — best suited for approximately 250–1,000 employees and around 30–100 SaaS applications (a guideline, not a technical limit). It includes everything in Starter, plus:

  • Automated offboarding workflows
  • OAuth revocation
  • HR-driven lifecycle automation
  • SaaS access and waste visibility
  • Automated remediation workflows
  • Enhanced audit and operational visibility

Enterprise is designed for larger or more complex organisations requiring advanced governance, integrations and operational support — best suited for 1,000+ employees and 100+ SaaS applications, or complex multi-system environments (a guideline, not a technical limit). It includes everything in Growth, plus capabilities such as:

  • AI-assisted remediation (in development — dry-run only today; it locates deactivation controls in applications without an API but does not perform the deactivation)
  • Advanced identity and access governance
  • Custom integration support
  • Enhanced audit and governance capabilities
  • Priority support
  • Enterprise onboarding and deployment assistance

Enterprise requirements should be discussed with the Solvantra team via Contact Sales.
